This beautifully, tactile planter is created in a Crank Clay, through a combination of press moulding and coiling. The Crank clay givens a slightly sandy, textured feel to the piece exposing the nature of the clay.

Once the planter form had been created lines were carved into the clay and inlayed with smooth white, stoneware clay. Offering a lovely contrast in texture and tone.

The lines reflect the paths we take, the changes and unexpected moments that can happen along the way.

Measurements - 15cm wide by 14cm high (internal measurements 13×13cm)

It’s advised to keep houseplants in the nursery pot and watering out of the ceramic pot, allowing the planter to fully drip dry before returning.
